Helen and Nell, and how tracking can lead to better outcomes

In this week’s Caregiver Chronicle, we are rolling out a new format - the vlog. This post features Nell, our CEO and founder, and her mom Helen. Helen and her husband Paul have seven children, several of whom have chronic conditions. The vlog relays Helen’s experience of caring for her oldest son Paul, and how that became the catalyst for Nell’s idea for Folia Health and better care for all patients.
