If you or your child have Complement 3 glomerulopathy (C3G), we want to learn from you. Join the Connect C3G Study and help researchers better understand what you feel and experience on a daily basis, all from home in a simple app. Together, we can improve C3G care for all .
What to know:
6 months of tracking—no daily requirements, just check in at least once a week!
All participation through the Folia app—no clinic visits or new medications
Participation is voluntary and you may leave at any time for any reason
The data you track in the Folia app for the study is yours to keep. It can be used to understand your/your child’s health trends, and shared with your care team (if you want!)

An adult 18 years of age or older with C3G, or caretaker of a child with C3G
A current US resident
Have received a clinical diagnosis of C3G
