Requesting a copy of your data

As a Folia User, you will always be able to access a complete record of all data that you have entered into the platform at any point. All of the data you enter is always accessible within the Folia Health platform.

If you would like to receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format (CSV file), please email us at [email protected] to request this data. 

• You will need to provide the email for the account for which you would like to receive the data. 

• You will also be required to verify the account before the request can be processed.

Once these steps are complete, your request will be processed within 30 days.
